How will my order be delivered?
Delivery Times & Rates
All orders will have a shipping cost of €7 per address. Delivery charges are complimentary for orders over €500. Please allow 5 days to receive your order. Delivery of customised pieces may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and delivery by contacting Customer Service Toll Free on 00 800 2000 1122. Our hours of business are Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00; closed Sundays and Public Holidays.

Return Policy & Packaging Information
Tiffany & Co. offers complimentary shipping for any item that you’d like to return. Simply visit Returns to print out a shipping label. Then arrange a collection or drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Refunds will be issued to the original form of tender and processed within 14 days of return.
Merchandise will be available for refund or exchange (excluding any shipping charges) providing it is returned in the same saleable condition as when purchased, within 30 days of the date of purchase and if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
Retail stores cannot exchange items or refund the purchase price for online-goods.
Kindly note that Tiffany does not accept exchanges or refunds on any fragrance sale or engraved and customised pieces. Tiffany fragrances are delivered in the packaging pictured on our site, not in our signature blue box.
